Designed by AS+GG, the 63 storey skyscraper will contain a five-star hotel and luxury residential condominiums.

The SvN-designed masterplan includes six residential towers, one office tower, and more than 2,600 residential units.

Located at 2444 Eglinton East, the development will be the first private sector-led site under the City of Toronto’s Housing Now program.

This year’s designs include the CN Tower and Ontario Place in support of Ronald McDonald House Charities® Toronto.
