Curated Properties has unveiled its latest residential development, 8 Temple, located in Toronto’s West Liberty neighbourhood. Rising from the corner of Dufferin and Liberty Streets, the project will feature 269 residential units across 15-storeys.

Designed by RAW Architects with the interiors by Chapi Chapo Design, the building is described as a modern take on more classic forms, with an elevated palette that aligns with the developer’s vision of a more sophisticated condo experience.

Future residents of 8 Temple will also have access to a wide range of amenity offerings. This includes the entire top floor of the building dedicated to a collection of indoor and outdoor spaces, including Toronto’s first rooftop Pickle Ball court, a commercial grade indoor and outdoor kitchen, high performance strength and conditioning centre, and hotel-style rooftop lounge complete with an outdoor theatre and barrel saunas that overlook the Toronto skyline.

It was a conscious decision to take what is typically the most valuable real estate in a building — the top floor and rooftop — and make it accessible to the entire building.”, says Curated Properties partner Adam Ochshorn. “Not only will everyone who lives at 8 Temple have access to a rooftop with stunning skyline and lake views, they will also get to enjoy some of the most thoughtful, well-appointed amenities available anywhere in Toronto.”.

8 Temple will also contain a number of suite types, ranging from one to three bedroom units, geared toward different buyer personas, from urban professionals, to young families and new Canadians.

Whether buyers are looking for their first, second, or forever home, we wanted to deliver a thoughtful, vertical community that accounts for the practical realities of urban living, complemented by well-articulated, livable suites and an elevated collection of amenity spaces,” says Ochshorn. “As the price of low-rise living continues to rise, many Torontonians are turning to condos for that step-up home. For these buyers, it's not necessarily more space they’re after, but a better location, more thoughtful layouts, and convenient access to the urban lifestyle that defines condo living.”.
