Fora Developments have resubmitted plans for a redevelopment proposal just north of the Bloor-Dundas West intersection, that includes three high-rise buildings and a new public park.
The site, located at 2400 Dundas West, is currently occupied by a number of low-rise commercial buildings and a small strip plaza.
Designed by Giannone Petricone Associates, an initial proposal was presented in 2023 calling for three 18, 25, and 36 storey towers. The proposal has since been revised, with an increase in height across all three buildings to 25, 37, and 42 storeys respectively. The overall site plan and positioning of the towers has also been reconfigured to increase tower separation and allow for an enlarged public realm.
In total, the project would contain more than 1,200 residential units along with a 1,044m² public park and a 303m² Privately-Owned Publicly-Accessible Space (POPS).
The proposal is one several in the rapidly intensifying Bloor-Dundas West area, which is serviced by a number of local and regional rapid transit infrastructure, including TTC Line 2, GO Transit, and UP Express.
