Designed by Kirkor Architects and Planners, Reside on Richmond is a modern residential tower, featuring a restored heritage building at street level with commercial retail fronting Bathurst Street.

"Our aim was to create a building that respects the language of Richmond, allowing residents to reside in a space that depicts home and comfort and at the same time connects with the experiences that King and Queen have to offer,” says Roman Pevcevicius, Partner, Kirkor Architects and Planners. "We carefully developed the massing of the project to embrace the trichotomy of the three streets resulting in a project with a distinct personality.

The project’s interiors are designed by Truong Ly Design, and will feature three levels of amenities, including a party room, games room, co-working space with private meeting rooms, gym, and yoga studio.

Reside on Richmond’s interior design takes an authentic approach by deviating away from mimicking hotel-like experiences, and instead embracing the true essence of a home with subtle touches that add luxury and sophistication," says Truong Ly, Founder, Truong Ly Design. "We have combined artistry with modernism to create that tasteful balance between moments and spaces throughout the building to add playfulness, energy, comfort, warmth, and functionality.
