Rising prominently just north of the Yonge and St. Clair intersection, One Delisle is quickly becoming one of Midtown Toronto’s most recognizable new landmarks. Developed by Slate Asset Management, the highly anticipated condominium tower is now approaching its final height, marking a major milestone in the transformation of the Yonge and St. Clair skyline.

Designed by Jeanne Gang of Studio Gang Architects in Chicago (with WZMH Architects serving as Architect of Record), One Delisle stands apart from other residential towers in the city through its bold and sculptural architectural expression.

The 44-storey tower features a series of staggered eight-storey volumetric modules that rotate incrementally as the building rises. This innovative design creates a striking visual effect, allowing the tower to transition elegantly from a square podium at street level into a cylindrical form at its crown.

Construction on the landmark project began in 2023, and progress has continued steadily ever since. As May 2026, the tower’s final residential floor has been poured, with crews shifting focus toward the construction of the building’s crown and mechanical levels. Once completed, One Delisle will rise approximately 155 metres in total height, becoming the tallest building in the Deer Park neighbourhood.

Upon completion, One Delisle will contain 371 high-end condominium suites and introduce new public realm improvements, including a planned park space immediately west of the site.

Regarded as one of the city’s most anticipated new developments, with its sculptural silhouette now clearly visible across Midtown Toronto, One Delisle is well on its way to becoming a defining addition to the city’s ever-changing skyline.
