Capital Developments celebrates topping off of Olive Residences in North York

Capital Developments recently celebrated the official topping off of Olive Residences, a 31 storey residential tower near the Yonge and Finch intersection in North York.

Sales for the project launched in January 2023, with construction beginning a few months later in May 2023. In response to strong demand, two additional floors were added in 2024.

Designed by Arcadis, the tower’s architectural exterior blends glass, brick, and metal into a contemporary and elegant silhouette. Interiors by Michael London Design feature custom-designed kitchens, premium countertops, Kohler fixtures, and integrated appliances throughout the buildings 379 units.

Olive Residences features over 11,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, including a landscaped terrace, virtual reality sports room, fitness studio, bocce courts, and a kids’ activity space. With the building’s structure now topped off, occupancy is anticipated to begin later this Fall.
