45-storey tower proposed near Dundas and Islington

Developer Forest Gate Group has proposed a 45 storey condo and rental replacement project near the Dundas and Islington intersection in Etobicoke.

Located at 4875 Dundas West, the site is currently occupied by a 10-storey rental apartment building, which would be demolished to make way for the new development.

Designed by Graziani + Corazza Architects the proposed tower would contain 432 condominium units and 56 rental replacement units.

A total of 221 parking spaces and 367 bicycle spaces are also planned along with ground floor retail space.

4875 Dundas West is located in close proximity to Islington Station and joins a number of neighbouring development proposal in the rapidly growing Islington City Centre West neighbourhood.
