Compten Management Inc. has unveiled updated redevelopment plans for 2600 Don Mills Road in North York. Situated north of the Don Mills and Sheppard intersection, just west of Fairview Mall, the site is currently home to a 19-storey rental apartment building with 226 units.

Redevelopment for the property were initially introduced in 2017, proposing a 39-storey infill residential tower at the south end of the site while preserving the existing 19-storey rental building. However, the latest submission to the City of Toronto represents a complete reworking of the project.
